Do things slow down a bit for your business over the Christmas period, or is this one of your busiest times?
A lot of the businesses I work with find December is the perfect time to look back over how their year has progressed and start laying plans for how they would like the next one to pan out. Business growth is something which can never be taken for granted, and I get a lot of calls at this time of year from brands both big and small who want to lay the groundwork for a winning strategy and are considering all the ways they might achieve their goals.
How do you see your business expanding in 2025 and beyond? Could franchising be the answer?
No doubt you know of a number of businesses who have found success by becoming a franchise and have wondered at some point if you could do the same. Very few businesses have had an easy ride in the last few years, but the most recent report from the British Franchise Association shows that the vast majority of franchises remain very robust and have continued to grow at a very healthy rate – so maybe the same strategy could work for you?
Of course, franchising isn’t for everyone, but if you’re looking for new options for driving your expansion, there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be on the table as a serious option, and that all begins with understanding how it might work for you.
The last 3 weeks of the year might be the perfect opportunity for you to do just that.
I’ve got quite a few calls booked already with both existing and prospective clients, some of which are completely new to the idea of franchising, whereas others are already established and are looking for ways to take their growth to the next level.
However, I’ve still got a fair few slots left in my calendar, so why not take half an hour out in December to talk about whether or not you should take a close look at franchising as an option for 2025?
