The summer months can be a quiet time for many, but a lot of franchisors have already been looking at getting key staff in place before the end of the year so they can count on a great team for their 2025 expansion plans.

As you’ll know, the most skilled executives rarely advertise they are looking for a job online, and almost never respond to online ads. The franchising world is simply far too niche, and they know the values of their skillsets. However, working with my extensive range of contacts, I’ve been able to source three great candidates for three different franchises.

One such franchise was an old favourite of mine who I’ve worked with time and again over the years: Tumble Tots. Their MD, David Hunt, contacted me a short while ago to find them a new Franchise Recruitment & Support Manager, so I dug out my “little black book” of contacts and managed to get them a shortlist of candidates. After some interviewing, I am very happy to say they found the perfect match in an experienced professional who had recently been made redundant and was looking for the next big thing in his career.
