In my last email, I talked about how losing one of your high level franchise execs can be a real shock and all too easily derail your plans. It’s no-one’s fault, and nothing may have gone wrong, but it does happen. A better pay offer elsewhere, a chance for promotion, or just a chance to try something new – it’s a kicker when it’s someone essential to your franchise, but it’s just a fact of life in business.
